"Being a Chairman of Media & Entertainment Skills Council I take immense pleasure and send my blessings to the candidates representing India on the WorldSkills Stage in Kazan in the month of August 2019. These candidates worked very hard and reached this level by all their dedication and ability to look beyond obvious in their respective trade. These candidates went in the details of the trade they are going to showcase in WorldSkills. As per my belief “God lives in the details; near the obvious. The moment you are going to look beyond the obvious, you will find something new in it and you will excel in the job”.

I appreciate the initiative by MESC to start with Authorised World Skills India Training Centers (AWSITC) offering skills oriented training programs which MESC shall be representing the Country during World Skills Competition or any other competition on national or international stage. AIWSTCs of MESC will prepare the candidates on global standards and in turn we will get more golds for the country.

Another remarkable initiative by MESC is Creative warriors Skills@pathshala and I congratulate the entire team for the same. MESC has started training the candidates from school level and preparing them for WorldSkill Competitions. This is like grooming the bud to be a beautiful flower that will spread its fragrance around the world and make our country proud.
